AlgoCatalystA collective of engineers who ship fast without shipping slop.
01 / Studio
We turn hard problems into shipped software.
AlgoCatalyst is a collective of engineers running an AI-first workflow: agentic coding tools do the heavy lifting, engineers own the architecture, the review, and every line that ships. Nothing gets built on a whim — an idea is pressure-tested in writing, scoped to an explicit v1 with a hard in/out line, and only then becomes a repository.
The machinery is the point. Every project starts from one shared engineering foundation — a templated scaffold with the workflow, automation, and conventions baked in — and every durable decision is recorded as an architecture decision record, so context survives the people who had it.
02 / How we work
Maximum output, without lowering the bar.
Vetted before built
Ideas earn their build: a written pressure-test with kill criteria, then a scoped v1 — stack, architecture, and an explicit in/out line — before any code exists.
AI-first, engineer-answerable
Agentic AI works inside guardrails — command-driven workflows, decision records, review gates. Machine speed on the typing; human judgment on everything that matters.
Standards are machinery
One quality gate, human or machine: whatever wrote the code, it ships through the same tests, review, and checks. The bar is enforced, not aspirational.
Quality compounds
Workflow improvements land in the shared foundation and propagate to every repository automatically — fix it once, every project inherits it.
03 / Status
This is the teaser.
The studio is heads-down building. The work — the projects, the system behind them, the proof — lands here as it ships.
